Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People 's Republic of China issued the notice of the second batch of project application guidelines for the two key special projects of the national key R & D plan "Intergovernmental International Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation" and "Strategic Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation" in 2023. The project application arrangement is hereby notified as follows :

1.Please carefully read the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Science and Technology notice and guidelines before applying（https://service2.most.gov.cn/kjjh_tztg_all/20230414/5189.html）.

2.If you need to open the account of National Science and Technology Management Information System, please search "Science Management Service" in Weixin mini program and register according to corresponding process, and contact Major Project Management Department of Office of Scientific Research and Development to complete the review.

3.Ongoing project researchers can log on the National Science and Technology Management Information System and click "Inquiry of Research Personnel" to check the status of their research projects.

4.Project declaration form (except for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan projects) shall be sent to the email of Major Project Management Department (kjczdb@swjtu.edu.cn) before May 22, meanwhile project declaration form for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan projects shall be sent to the email (kjczdb@swjtu.edu.cn) before June 16. Otherwise the Science & Technology Department of Sichuan Province will not be able to complete the project recommendation work.

5.The online filling time for the application form (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan projects) is from 8:00 on April 20, 2023 to 16:00 on June 5, 2023, while the online filling time for the application form of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan projects is from 8:00 on May 15, 2023 to 16:00 on June 30, 2023. Please timely contact the Major Project Management Department after submission to audit and report the project.
