With the technologies of optical imaging and phased array ultrasonic inspection, a system for in一service wheel一set inspection has been developed, with three levels respectively for dynamic fault inspection, on一line inspection and heavy maintenance inspection. This system has solved the technical challenges of in-service wheel-set inspection, such as high inspection criteria, wide application and full automation, and built wheel一set inspection system and comprehensive expert diagnosis platform with independent intellectual property rights.
