    ☆Overview:

       The section prepares the university's research plans and policies, and offers service and support for research efforts, along with dealing with the daily Office affairs, including external liaisons and coordinations, scientific research data collection and filing.

   ☆Overview:

       The section deals with both national and international research efforts. In the mainland of China, it organizes and aids the implementation of 2011 Project, National Natural Science Foundation projects, China Railway projects, Ministry of Science and Technology projects, National Development and Reform Commission projects, and other provincial science and engineering projects as well; in the matter of international research endeavers, the Basic Research office organizes and facilitates the implementation of international scientific research projects, along with the sci-tech exchanges.

  ☆Overview:

    The section aims to facilitate the signing of the horizontal technology projects, the transformation of sci-tech achievements, uni-industry /government research cooperations, technology exhibitions, and the collections and sharing of the research statistics.

  ☆Overview:

     The section commits itself to the organization and management of the national and provincial key scientific research institutions, the international  science and technology cooperation organization, innovation teams of the Ministry of Education, New Century Excellent Talents Project, Doctoral Scientific     Found Project, Scientific Research Foundation for the Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars, Fork Ying-Tong Education Foundation for Young Teachers and other      major & key projects; and responsible for the management of fundamental scientific research operating expenses granted by the Ministry of Education to     universities under its direct administration and report of Ministry of Science and Technology’s basic resources and conditions investigation.

  ☆overview:

     The section is committed to the application for sci-tech awards, including governmental awards such as national, provincial or ministerial awards, and non-governmental awards; it  is responsible for the identification and registration of sci-tech achievements, patents,and computer software copyrights;the office also undertakes the management, publicity, education and training of patent affairs, the IPR publicity and training, and the resolution of intellectual property infringement dispute.
