Biodegradable Shape Memory Recovering Support Stent for Esophagus Stenosis

      The research team of SWJTU developed a smart absorbable polymer stent with excellent shape memory recovery effect in response to body temperature for the treatment of esophageal stenosis. This stent doesn't need to be taken out after the disease is cured due to the fact that it can be fully biodegraded and digested. The article about the stent was included into ESI database in 2014 as one of highly cited papers in the last 10 years.
