The Service Science and Innovation Key laboratory of Sichuan Province was established in 2011, which was approved by Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province.
The main research areas include cognitive study of behaviors of service participants, modeling and optimization study of service decision-making process, and service strategy pattern innovation study in network environment. Researchers in this lab consist of Professor Jia Jianmin and other excellent scholars who won national awards. In recent years, the research team has undertaken various research projects including the major project for the Natural Science Fund in China, and has published more than 90 top-level academic papers and made extensive academic communication all around the world.
